The week before, you know it’s coming because you feel like this:

Your face looks like this:

And when you least expect it this happens:

on the first day you feel like this:

On the second day, the cramps kick in.

On the third day, you’re freakin’ bloated and can’t move.

on the fourth day, if it’s food, you eat it. 

you have all these emotions on the 5th/6th day
